I Did Not Set Out to Become a Healer
I set out to build things. Bridges. Roads. Structures that would stand long after I was gone. So I became a Civil Engineer. And for a long time, that was enough.
Engineering took me everywhere. New cities. New projects. I learned to work hard, to push forward. I learned to prove myself, over and over. I developed habits that helped me cope, and called those normal. Because in that world, they were.
Eventually something started to crack. I was flailing. Working on a project that needed more support than anyone around me had capacity to give. I was stressed. I was unhappy. I was complaining in ways I did not recognise as my own voice.
And then, the restructure came. And I lost out.
But here is the thing about hitting a wall. Sometimes the wall is the most important thing that ever happens to you. Because while I was unhappy, while I was stressed and struggling and wondering why nothing felt right, something else was happening. Something quiet. Something persistent. Something that I can only describe as the truest part of me refusing to be silent anymore.
I had been collecting certifications for some time. Aromatherapy. Reiki. The Untangled Method. I did not fully understand why I was drawn to them. I just knew I was. And I know now.
That something in me already knew I was meant for more than the life I was living. That the path I was on was not my aligned path. That something needed to change.
The Untangled Method was the thing that cracked me open. Going through that process, feeling what it does at the subconscious level, I understood, for the first time, with complete clarity, the corporate world was not for me.
It had never been for me. I had been performing a version of myself that the world found acceptable, while the real version waited quietly for permission to exist. I could feel my aligned path. I could almost touch it. And I was terrified.
Too terrified to leap. Until the leap was made for me.
My husband died in a road accident. Tragically. Suddenly. Without warning. And in the midst of the most devastating grief I have ever known, I had to decide. What was best for me? What was best for my boys? What kind of life I was going to build from the rubble of the one I had been living?
It was the clearest decision I have ever mad. I said goodbye to the corporate world. I chose my truest path. My aligned path. The path that had been waiting for me all along, while I spent years being too afraid to walk it.
And Full Bloom Spirit Was Born
I became Full Bloom Spirit. An Intuitive, Subconscious and Energy Healer. A Reiki Practitioner. A certified Untangled Method Practitioner. A woman who helps other women regulate their nervous system, release their subconscious blocks, and lead from wholeness, so they can rise into their fullest potential.
I built this for every woman who has ever stood in a room that was not built for her, and made herself smaller to fit inside it.
For the woman who knows, deeply, persistently, unmistakably that she is meant for more but is too afraid to say so out loud.
I built this for the woman who has lost something, or someone and is standing in the rubble, wondering what comes next.
I built this for my boys. So they can watch their mother choose herself. Choose alignment. Choose the path that was always meant for her, even when it was the hardest and the most terrifying and the most uncertain path available. Because I want them to know
It is possible to succeed at chasing your dreams in full alignment with your truest self. Not one day. Now.
If you are here, if something led you to this page, I believe it was not an accident. I believe the truest part of you led you here The same way the truest part of me led me to this work. And I want you to know, you are safe here. You are held here. And from here, you rise.
With all my love, Sarah
