Women's Wellness in Wollongong

Women's wellness work explores the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, moving at a pace your nervous system can hold. It's a space built for the woman who has already done a lot of the work and is ready to go deeper.

Where to begin

Support for the Woman Who's Ready for More

At Full Bloom Spirit, women's wellness support in Wollongong is built for the woman who has already done a lot of the work; read the books, tried the tools, and still feels like something is missing. This isn't about starting from scratch. It's about going underneath the surface, to the subconscious patterns and beliefs that keep showing up no matter how much has already been tried.

Through the Untangled Method, sessions trace those patterns to where they started and create enough safety in the body to begin working through them. If stress or burnout has been part of the picture too, that work can run alongside this. Start the conversation about what twelve sessions could look like for you.

What it supports

What Women's Wellness Sessions Cover

Sessions are shaped around a few consistent areas of focus.

  • Life transitions.

Whether it's a career change, becoming a mother or a relationship ending, transitions often bring old patterns to the surface. Sessions provide space to work through what's coming up.

  • Confidence and self-worth.

Many patterns around self-worth trace back further than people expect. Sessions work to trace and address those roots directly.

  • Personal growth.

This work suits women who've already built strong self-awareness and want to go deeper. It isn't a beginner's introduction to self-development.

  • The Untangled Method.

Sessions run across twelve structured one-on-one appointments. Full detail on how the method works is covered further down this page.

What the Untangled Method Actually Is

The Untangled Method is a subconscious healing framework created by Nancy Cooper, and it's the foundation of how sessions are structured here. Rather than working from the surface down, sessions trace patterns and beliefs back to where they began, releasing what's been keeping them in place at a nervous system level. It's delivered across twelve one-on-one sessions, each building on the one before it.

Early sessions focus on identifying the patterns that tend to repeat, while later sessions work through releasing what's holding them. Sessions are spaced to match individual capacity, so there's no fixed weekly requirement. More on the framework itself is available on the official Untangled Method website.

Details on investment and payment options can be discussed directly, so get in touch to arrange a conversation.

Common questions

Women's Wellness questions

What is the Untangled Method?
The Untangled Method is a twelve-session framework designed to work through subconscious patterns at a pace the nervous system can manage. Each session builds on the last, allowing change to settle gradually rather than all at once.
How is women's wellness work different from talk therapy?
Women's wellness sessions tend to combine body-based and nervous system-focused techniques alongside conversation, rather than relying on talking alone. This can suit people who feel they've already done a lot of the cognitive, talking-based work.
Who is women's wellness support generally suited to?
It's often considered by women who feel they understand their patterns intellectually but haven't been able to shift them, or by those navigating a significant life transition. An initial conversation is the best way to work out if it's the right fit.
